David is responsible for the management of the firm and posseses a well-known expertise in non-profit accounting and tax issues. David is a 1969 graduate of the University of Maryland and joined the firm after working in an international accounting firm.
David has lectured on a variety of accounting and tax topics and has been featured in Baltimore Magazine.In 2004, David was voted one of the Top 60 CPA's in Maryland by Smart CEO Magazine. His areas of specialization include service to closely held businesses, not-for-profit religious organizations and individuals with tax advice, estate and financial planning and valuation services.
